					<description>One word...snacks. Like me, my kids start to melt when their blood sugar drops. So I try to keep crackers or fruit snacks, and juice boxes, on hand everywhere (check my purse, the diaper bag, the console in the car, etc). It definitely helps ward off those meltdowns.</description>
